Vigne Surrau Sciala, Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. Superior
Grape varietal: 100% Vermentino

Vermentino grapes are native to Italy, and can be found mainly in Sardinia. Surrau has selected the best grapes of the most vocated vineyards of the Surrau valley for this wine. After a brief contact of the skins with the must, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature around 16-18°C, where it will evolve for a few months in contact with its fine lees (bâtonnage). The end result is an aromatic wine with good fruit weight, texture and hints of citrus and peaches.

Food pairing: This wine goes perfect with vegetarian dishes, like our Eggplant Parmigiano.
