Stir the Four Pillars Gin, Campari and Amaro Montenegro over ice in a mixing tin with a spoon. Strain the blended liquid over over a large ice cube in a glass. Garnish with a slice of blood orange or do as we do and dehydrate the fruit for an intense flavour.
