In keeping with Bel & Brio’s philosophy of sustainable sourcing of produce, all eggs for sale in the Marketplace are pasture raised from the Bel & Brio’s farmland a short drive from the Sydney CBD. In the Marketplace, we aim to partner with our time poor customers in providing delicious ready-made meals and artisanal bread freshly prepared by the team, cold pressed juices, all prepared daily and lovingly at our Sydney commercial facility, where quality produce and uncompromising standards of excellent food preparation are our focus and mantra.
