Corso Brio is back with a brand new Winter menu!
From Thursday 9th July, Corso Brio will launch its new mouth-watering menu. Executive Chef Davide Incardona and his kitchen team have created a brand new menu, using only delicious organic food and seasonally fresh produce. All throughout the menu you will find seasonal ingredients that we source directly from our farm at the Central Coast. We see some all time classics return to the menu, like our Beef Carpaccio and Mezze Maniche, but you will also find some new additions, like Risotto di Bosco with truffle and Grilled Octopus (yum!). The Italian cuisine is not known for its vegetarian dishes, however, Davide has given some all-time Italian Classics an interesting vegetarian twist!
