Executive Chef Davide Incardona’s menu is a nod to his traditional Italian upbringing, using flavours and cooking techniques from the cuisine of his hometown in Brescia with a contemporary twist inspired by seasonal and ethically sourced produce.

Cellars is a specialty wine cellar at Bel & Brio, curated by legendary wine expert Jon Osbeiston, showcasing the finest quality wines available catering to a range of diverse tastes.
This one-of-a-kind, multifunctional space combines a wine bar, cellar door and event space, all housed within Bel & Brio. With an impressive selection of over 3,500 wines traversed from celebrated wineries in Italy, France and Australia, Cellars is truly home to some of the world’s most well-cellared wines.
At Cellars, we offer regular wine tastings, specialized forums with winemakers and pre-arranged wine tasting dinners.
The venue design, by the award-winning team at DS17, led by Paul Papadopoulos, takes inspiration from the great food halls of Europe using a mix of natural, quality elements, including solid timbers and marble, with finishes in brass, copper, and leather. Secluded on the mezzanine level, Bel & Brio Private Dining Room is the perfect setting for any celebration, including birthday parties, wedding dinners, and private corporate events.
The Bel & Brio Marketplace is stocked with everyday pantry staples, farm fresh produce, specialty products, bouquets of cut flowers, and last minute gifts ideas, allowing for restaurant patrons and locals alike to take a piece of Bel & Brio home.
In keeping with Bel & Brio’s philosophy of sustainable sourcing of produce, all eggs for sale in the Marketplace are pasture raised from the Bel & Brio farm located a short drive from the Sydney CBD. In the Marketplace, we aim to partner with our time poor customers in providing delicious ready-made meals and artisanal bread freshly prepared by the team, cold pressed juices, all prepared daily and lovingly at our Sydney commercial facility, where quality produce and uncompromising standards of excellent food preparation are our focus and mantra.
Look no further than Bel & Brio for your perfect morning coffee each day. Partnering with the Bondi based coffee roaster, Will & Co, Bel & Brio brings masterfully brewed coffee to Barangaroo from carefully sourced green beans from premium suppliers worldwide and roasted to perfection.
Open for breakfast and throughout the day, Coffee & Co also offers authentic freshly baked Italian style pastries, such as Sicilian cannoli , profiteroles, macaroons in a dazzling selection of flavours and colours and artisanal bread all from the visually sensational pastry counter perfectly located within the Bar & Dining section of our venue.
