MASTERCLASS SERIES TWO | Gnocchi

Our Executive Chef, Andrea Assenza and Head Chef, Davide Incardona, invite you to join us at Bel & Brio for series two of Bel & Brio’s Pasta Making Masterclass.

An intimate experience, you will be walked through step by step, the process of classica Italian Gnocchi making, including a sauce or two. Upon completion, you will be invited to browse the Marketplace for ingredients to create the dishes you learnt with our chefs and we will send you home with the staples of pasta making!
