You will surely find yourself in “La Bella Vita”, through authentic Italian cooking styles and flavours, express from regional Italy. On the agenda for the month, we are taking your palate for a tour across four different regions of Italy; namely, Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio, and Sicily. Most of our chefs have roots in these regions, and they are excited to introduce you to the flavours of their heritage, brought to you with true sentiment, and lots of love!

“When in Rome, do as the Romans do” is a well-known saying, and when it comes to THE FOOD of Rome, I’ll be delighted to quench my hunger accordingly. Although the essence of authentic Roman food is not elaborate, it is definitely satisfying and generous in flavour and character. The farmlands surrounding Rome, in the region of Lazio, are amongst Italy’s finest. These farmlands have extremely fertile soil and ideal conditions for growing premium vegetables, therefore prompting simplicity in traditional Roman cuisine. With such rich and flavourful ingredients, the guiding principle is to achieve maximum flavour from simple ingredients.
